Microdermabrasion

Microdermabrasion, also known as particle skin resurfacing, is the removal of part of the outermost layer of the skin called the stratum cornium. This is accomplished using a closed loop vacuum system through which a very fine crystal grit factor is both applied to and removed from the skin. The true beauty of this treatment is that it is safe and predictable for most skin types. The intensity and crystal flow can be adjusted to suit the comfort level of each and every client. Performed correctly there should be no “down time” whatsoever. This may not always be true of chemical services especially on more sensitive skin types.
